New mentors often ask for structure. This is the curriculum we developed across 47 OSCI mentorships, distilled into monthly themes you can adapt to your mentee’s pace.

Themes include foundations (months 1–3), specialization choice (4–6), first depth project (7–9), and outward-facing portfolio work (10–12). Each month carries milestone suggestions and reflection prompts for the mentee-mentor 1:1.
